The Void: When Struggle Is Preparation.

What if the period when your life feels like it’s falling apart is actually the period when everything is coming together?

In this episode, I’m sharing my personal experience of navigating what I call the void—that uncomfortable space where you’re doing the inner work, making changes, and moving toward the life you want, but nothing in your external world seems to reflect who you’re becoming.

For years, I resisted this space. I couldn’t see that the uncertainty I was experiencing was preparing me for the very life I was trying to create.

What if the void isn’t a sign that something has gone wrong? What if it’s preparing you to become the person capable of sustaining everything you’re asking for?

We’ll explore why your Automatic Mind interprets uncertainty as danger, how the MIND Method helps you navigate this period, and what becomes possible when you stop treating discomfort as evidence that you’re on the wrong path.

Because sometimes the life you’re asking for requires you to become someone you’ve never been before.

1. Where in your life are you experiencing the void—a space where you’re changing internally, but your external circumstances haven’t caught up?

2. What is your Automatic Mind making this period of uncertainty mean about you, your future or your progress?

3. What if nothing has gone wrong? What might this period be preparing you for that you cannot yet see?

4. Who are you becoming through this experience? What qualities or capacities are you developing that your next chapter might require?

5. Who are you going to be while you’re in the void? How would you navigate this period differently if you trusted that you were preparing for something rather than waiting for something?
