Just a few weeks ago, Joanna kicked off a series on the podcast where she goes in-depth into the M.I.N.D Method™. This week she is diving into the N step of the MIND Method, which is really the most vital step of the M.I.N.D Method™, as this is the step that reveals to you how your Inner Critic was first formed. She talks about how the beginnings of our sense of yourself begin to take shape when we are between 3 and 7 years old which means the beginnings of how important and valued you think you are, how worthy you believe you are all formed when you are a very small child and play a huge role in almost every aspect of your life, from your self-esteem to the career you choose to the life partner you choose, to the kind of parent you are.
